No Needles. Just Relief.
Ear seeding places tiny, non-invasive pressure beads on specific points in your ear to gently support your nervous system with no needles, no downtime, just a few quiet minutes that meet you wherever you need support most.
Is Ear Seeding for You?
Women come to ear seeding for all kinds of reasons. Maybe their sleep is wrecked, their stress has nowhere to go, their cravings feel out of their control, or they just want something gentle that actually helps. If any of that sounds familiar, you're in the right place!
What is Auriculotherapy?
Auriculotherapy is the practice of stimulating specific points on the ear to support the body and nervous system. It includes a few different approaches, like acupuncture and acupressure. Ear seeding is the gentlest of these: no needles, just small pressure beads placed on precise points, worn for a few days at a time.

Step 1
Let’s Talk
Your session starts with a real conversation. Every visit, you'll fill out a quick intake so we can talk through what's actually going on, primary concerns and secondary ones, so we're seeding for you, not a generic protocol.
-
Step 2
Prep & Place
From there, I'll clean your ear and clip your hair back to keep it out of the way. Once it's dry, I'll place 2–4 seeds on specific points based on what you need, and we'll do the same on your second ear if that's the right call for you.
-
Step 3
Press & Rub
You'll leave with simple instructions: press and rub each seed 3–5 times a day. They'll stay on for 3–5 days, then loosen and fall off on their own (or you can gently remove them). If they're still hanging on after a week, go ahead and take them off manually.
-
Step 4
A Little Tenderness Is Normal
A quick heads up: we're working with nerve endings that can be a little "activated," so a seed or two might feel sore when you press it. That's normal. Just ease up your pressure as needed. Outside of that, you shouldn't feel any pain without touching it.
-
Step 5
Carry On as Usual
Life goes on as usual. Shower, bathe, work out, hit the sauna, all fine. Just skip scrubbing the ear directly or picking at the seeds.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Not really. You might feel a small pinch or pressure when a seed is first placed, and the occasional seed can feel tender when you press it, especially if it's on a point that's been "activated" for a while. Outside of that, there shouldn't be any pain without touching it.
-
That depends on what you're working with. Ear seeding works with your nervous system, and nervous systems respond at different speeds. Some people notice a shift after one session; others need several before they feel it. Either way, it's information. We continue or adjust based on how your body responds.
-
Honestly, probably not, and I'd rather tell you that upfront. If something's been building for 10 or 15 years, one seed on one point for 3–5 days isn't going to undo it. Chronic patterns take repeated sessions to bring an overworked nerve back toward balance. Think of ear seeding as a tool you use consistently, not a single fix.
-
Most people, yes! A few exceptions: I don't seed points related to hormones or pregnancy itself for pregnant clients, though other points may still be appropriate. We'll talk through it at your intake. Kids can be seeded too (I've done it for my own), as long as they're old enough not to pick at or eat the seeds. And if you have a metal allergy, no problem! I carry 24k gold, titanium, and stainless steel seeds so we can find what works for you. If you have an adhesive allergy, ear seeding likely isn't the best fit, since the seeds are held on with adhesive tape regardless of the metal underneath.
-
It happens occasionally, even though they're designed to stay put. If one comes off before your next session, just leave the others alone. You're still getting benefit from the points that are in place.
-
Yes! Ear seeding works well on its own, but it's also available as an add-on to patient appointments, red light therapy, or guided meditation sessions if you'd rather bundle it in.
Your Ears Are Ready. Are You?
You don't need a diagnosis or a dramatic reason to try ear seeding, just curiosity and twenty minutes. Come tell me what's going on, and we'll pick the points that make sense for you.
